Options Trading Diary

As of 07/01/08 Diary is now exclusively following the Iron Clad Options Network's (IcON) Trading Strategy. IcON trades exclusively in market neutral Iron Condors on the Russell 2000 Index (RUT). Strategy aims to return 5-12% on capital every 4-6 weeks. Accounting for 1 or 2 difficult months per year, strategy intends to return 50-80+% annually.

Dell Call

Entered into trade: Dell Jan 22.50 Call (.DLQAX) @ 1.90

In addition to developing my own proprietary trading system, I subscribe to several other services, primarily in an effort to further my knowledge and understanding of options trading. This particular trade came from one of these servicse, The Insider Report published by mega investment publisher Agora Financial. Service focuses on Insider buying activity. Hope to see move on earnings report 8/7/07, but room in time on option for some fall price appreciation. Service recommended a different strike price, but I went a little closer to the money. Price point didn't allow me to make even position size
